    Grab the live file. Pulse ships as a ZIP; AE Theme and FrameStation ship as Windows setup files.

    Install

    Unzip Pulse or run the setup for AE Theme or FrameStation, then restart After Effects.

    Open it from your menus, load it up, and go make something loud.
